UK Mainland

We offer standard next business day delivery on orders up to £83.33 at a cost of £4.16 +VAT.

Delivery is free for orders over £83.33+VAT

We use various couriers dependent upon the parcel size, weight and location. Items sent by courier will normally arrive the next day but may take up to 3 days due to unforeseen circumstances or failed delivery attempts. Next business day means Monday - Friday.

Saturday deliveries are available but are charged at a higher rate - please call us for details.

To ensure next day delivery orders must be placed by 4pm. Orders placed between 4-5:30pm may still be eligible for next day but cannot guarantee this. Orders received after 5:30pm will be despatched the following day for next day delivery. 

If an order is delayed due to stock, the delivery charge will not be refunded. When stock is available the goods are still dispatched on a next day delivery. Customers are notified via email of any known delays. 

Non-UK Mainland Delivery

Deliveries to the Channel Islands, the Scottish Islands and Highlands, Northern Ireland incur a the standard delivery plus a surcharge of £8 per order. 

European Delivery

Delivery is available to Europe. This is charged at a standard fee of £18 (excluding VAT) for standard orders. For large orders there may be additional delivery costs based on total weight/number of cartons.
