Return & Refund Policy
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're
here to help.
If you are a private customer ("consumer"), and
the goods have been in your possession for less than 30 days, then, if you wish
to change your mind, We are happy to issue a refund including the standard £5
inc vat cost of standard delivery. We will not refund delivery charges over
this figure.
· You must take reasonable care of the goods until
they are returned to us ie you must not open shrink-wrapped or blister pack
products or break any manufacturer's seals and all goods must be fully packaged
as new.
· Ink and toner cartridges must still be in their
sealed and unopened bag.
The above terms do not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty Product
All products are covered by our peace-of-mind-guarantee
For any faulty product please email us with photographs of
any error messages and the product itself to sales@thetonerplace.co.uk ensuring
your order number is in the subject.
One of our team will be in touch the same day.
Returns
To return a product you must obtain returns authorisation from
us. You can get this by sending an email to sales@thetonerplace.co.uk
Please include the order number in the subject line and a description of why
you want to return the item.
We may exchange or refund only at our discretion.
· Once we receive your item, we will inspect it
and notify you that we have received your returned item.
· We will immediately notify you on the status of
your refund after inspecting the item.
· If your return is approved, we will initiate a
refund to your original method of payment.
· You will receive the credit within 3-10 days
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning any unrequired item. These shipping costs are non-refundable.
In some cases, a restocking
fee of 20% is payable.
