      2. Our guarantee applies to all compatible products purchased from The Toner Place, where shown to have caused a printer issue. 
         
      3. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage or printer issues unrelated to the use of our compatible products, such as paper jams, broken trays, faulty displays, electrical faults or connectivity issues.
         
      4. If a fault occurs, we will need photographic evidence of any identification labels on the cartridge, any error messages or evidence of print issues.
      5. If there is an issue that requires a replacement compatible consumable, we'll provide one from our stock.
